DAY OF" COINATION- 

"We should meet4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date to review your plans and contracts.  On your wedding day, we will coordinate the event, managing all the details while you enjoy your special day.

 PRIOR TO THE WEDDING DATE

Up to three (3) meetings 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding

Review established plans and contracts

Walk-through of ceremony and reception site to confirm set-up details                            

Create the comprehensive Wedding Day timeline of events for vendors and bridal party

Confirm and review responsibilities with all vendors

Coordination of the Rehearsal during the week prior to the wedding

SERVICES ON THE WEDDING DAY:

Oversee all vendors; ensuring that all commitments are fulfilled to your standards

Supervise ceremony and rehearsal set up; ensuring all decor, floral arrangements, table and place setting, and favors are set according to the pre-established plan

See that all special touches you have requested/planned are initiated, run smoothly, and are on schedule
